From Kristins Raw Smoothies I tried the Zenergizing smoothie today. My new blender seams good!!
For 2 big glasses:
1 cup green tea
1 handful spinach
1 apple, chopped
1 banana, peeled and chopped
Fresh ginger to taste (the original recipie called for Nutmeg but skipped that)
Blend all ingeridents until smooth (takes a while to really get the spinach smooth) in a blender.
Enjoy your zen state of mind!
