You know what I had for lunch after my run today?! Grilled sandwiches with cherry tomatoes and gorgonzola! Completely unbalanced and un-optimal nutritionwise but sometimes you just need to go with your cravings. Its all about listening to the body in the end.

With them I had this "juice" that was so nice and satisfying. And that went really well with the sandwishes. I mixed a pre bought fresh organic carrot orange juice (from Migros) with 2 green kiwis (they are in season now, good and cheap!), a piece of organic ginger and a splash of lemon juice. 30 second in the blender and DONE.
