Yoga love

I am currently getting my yoga on at Sanapurna yoga at Schönegsasse 10. A post to come later on that. But isnt it amazing? With yoga? It comes in to your life and it changes you. It changes something deep down inside of you. Changes your body, your thoughts and your world.

Dancing Monday

*I hope you never lose your sense of wonder *You get your fill to eat but always keep that hunger *May you never take one single breath for granted *God forbid love ever leave you empty-handed *I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean *Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens *Promise me that you'll give faith a fighting chance *And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance *I hope you dance!--Lee Ann Womack¨

Green Thursday

Just mix 1/2 frozen banana, a few strawberries, some pinapple or other tropical fruit (mango, passionfruit etc) with a handful of organic spinach. A one minute health boost for the weekend!

Happy!

Pumpin and sesam crackers

These are carb free wich can be a nice change and SO easy to make. Simply put 1 dl each of pumkin seeds, sesamy seeds, sunflower seeds and linseeds (these are the most important ones since they will create the gel that holds the crackers togeather!) in a large bowl. Add enough water to cover and let sit over night. In the morning you should have a gel like paste.
Heat the oven to 125 degrees and pour the seeds to a clean baking tray with paper. With a spoon, make them flat enough to be crackers. Sprinkle with sea salt to taste. Bake 1 hour first and during the second hour, open the oven once every 15 min.
Let them cool of and split in pieces. Delish but very fragile. An elegant and home made snack just like that!

Happy Tuesday

What on earth happen to spring? I am a lover of all seasons and weathers, but sunshine makes us all happy. I adore notes like this to light up the grey Zürich days.
