Springfeelings! The sun makes me crave greens even more. For a simple, green energy kick mix a handful of greens of choice, 1 passion fruit, 2 oranges (from the fridge for a more plesant temperature) and 1/2 to 1 organic banana. Drink and feel the spring bliss.

On sundays and new beginnings
While monday is normally the day for new beginnings, I will try on a sunday. For all kinds of reasons I have not been updating here lately. Time for a change! Spring has slowly but surely let us know she is coming and that can work wonders to the inspiration. For writing, cooking, sharing, decorating my home, blending smoothies, gardening on my balcony and re-descover Zurich - all of the things that I want to do on here!
